Customer service, I think, is becoming a lost art in some areas. I think that finding somebody that relates to you and can give you the customer service that you want is so important, especially in your medical and your health fields. If you can't be comfortable with your doctor and think that he has your best interest, you need to find another doctor. The same so much goes for your dentist, because so much of your health is based on your dental health. Dr. Betancourt really educated my husband and I on dental health and that it's a continual thing. Don't wait until something happens. You have to continually be proactive in taking care of your health because so much of the rest of your body's health is affected by your dental health. The one thing about finding someone that you can really trust with your mouth . . . Dr. Betancourt is such an amazing guy. I feel really close to him. I have kind of a love/love relationship with my dentist. He asks me about my grandkids, I ask his about his kids and it's just a joy to come in. It's not all about the teeth. It's about the person when you're dealing with Dr. Betancourt, and I think that makes such a huge difference. Like I said, customer service, it's all about the experience. It's not just about the product, and so if you can make the experience exceptional, then why wouldn't you come here?
